CSM Machinery remains at the forefront of producing standard tubular heating elements. Our state-of-the-art machines are able to fill up to 30 tubes instead of the traditional 24, which helps us provide our clients with higher productivity at a lower cost.
The units can fill tubes at a diameter range from 7.5mm to 19mm and have a patented system for MgO flow control, which allows for these greater filling speeds and eliminates leakages. They operate by an electromechanical vibration system, which allows for precise settings of amplitude and frequency, as well as improved overall consistency in the filling process.
